Terms of Service for Divim, Inc.

Divim, Inc. does not maintain a separate end-user Terms of Service for its Atlassian Marketplace apps. All Divim Jira Cloud apps are distributed exclusively through the Atlassian Marketplace, and your installation, subscription, and use of them are governed by Atlassian's standard terms:

• Atlassian Marketplace Terms of Use — https://www.atlassian.com/licensing/marketplace/termsofuse — the binding agreement covering your order and use of Marketplace apps, including the standard EULA that applies to apps without custom vendor terms.

• Atlassian Customer Agreement — https://www.atlassian.com/legal/atlassian-customer-agreement — the agreement governing the underlying Atlassian Cloud products the apps run on.

These Atlassian terms address the license grant, billing and subscriptions, acceptable use, warranties and disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law for Marketplace apps. Pricing, free trials, renewals, refunds, and payment are handled by Atlassian through the Marketplace — Divim does not separately collect payment information.

How Divim builds each app and handles your data is documented in the Divim Trust Center and in each app's Privacy Policy and Security Policy. Divim's portfolio spans two tiers: apps that Run on Atlassian (Forge), where customer data stays within your Atlassian environment with no egress to Divim or any third party; and Cloud Fortified apps, whose data handling is described in their dedicated Privacy policies. The Trust Center sets out which tier each app belongs to.
